The Lea Singers will be kicking off the festive season early with a performance of one of Benjamin Britten’s best-loved works, A Ceremony of Carols.
A Ceremony of Carols is a special piece for choir and harp, and the Lea Singers are glad to be accompanied by accomplished harpist Lizzie Peacock. Lizzie has a music degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, and also holds diplomas in harp and piano performance.
Join us at St Lawrence Church, Bovingdon for the 11-movement work, as well as Poulenc’s Quatre petites prières de Saint François d’Assise.
